Our Story
First and foremost, I want to thank you for being one of the first visitors of my site. Your support means the world to me, and I'd like to share my story and how I arrived here.
Fashion has always been my passion, but growing up, my family couldn't always afford to dress me the way I wanted. After going into care just before my 16th birthday I felt more than ever that I couldnt keep up with my friends and how cool they all dressed.
Around that time I started to gain a small following on Instagram and I discovered "influencing" . This was a turning point for me; it allowed me to receive gifted clothes, which deepened my love for styling. This experience helped me feel confident and strong through fashion, solidifying my desire to pursue it further. As I grew older and started earning my own money, I was finally able to buy the clothes I loved. Fortunately I was scouted and began modelling for huge fast fashion brands in and around the UK giving a behind - the - scenes of look at the fashion industry and tought me so much about running a brand.
Just over a year ago I decided to create my own brand after months of designing my collection by paper and pencil, sourcing fabrics, finding truth worthy manufacturers, multiple samples, website designing, shoots and much more. It's not been easy but I had a vision and planned and executed it as perfectly as I possibly could. This journey ultimately led to the creation of my brand, my baby, ITSMCS.
