Returns Policy
At ITSMCS, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please follow the steps below.
Important Notice
Sale items cannot be returned. Items purchased at a discounted price or during a sale period are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Making a Return
It is the customer's responsibility to return their item and cover return postage fees.
Step One – Ensure You Are Eligible for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with no signs of wear, tear, or alteration.
- The item must not have been purchased in a sale or at a discounted price.
- The item must have been delivered to you within the last 14 days.
Step Two – Package Your Return
- Use the original packaging to return your item.
- Pack the item securely to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
Step Three – Ensure Your Return Can Be Identified
- Include a slip of paper with your order number and full name inside the parcel.
- Contact our Customer Support team at customerservice@itsmcs.co.uk. Inform us of the item you are returning, the reason for the return, and your Order Number.
Step Four – Post Your Return
- Send your return using a tracked postage method to prevent loss.
- We do not take responsibility for lost returns, so we recommend keeping your tracking number as proof of postage.
Please Note!
- Once we receive your return, refunds will take 15-28 days to process.
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
